Leads, accounts, contacts, deals, activities, campaigns, cases — the full Zoho CRM feature set, priced as one module. CRM Accounts are satellites of your accounting Customers, so winning a deal auto-creates an invoice in your books with the right customer and amount — no re-typing, no duplication.
- Leads → Accounts + Contacts + Deals on conversion
- CRM Account = satellite of Accounting Customer (single source of truth)
- Deal stage → closed_won auto-raises an Invoice (no manual handoff)
- Activity log + campaigns + support cases + KB
- Lead scoring, assignment rules, workflows, approvals
Capture once. Convert when ready.
Inbound leads arrive from the web-to-lead form, manual entry, or a CSV upload. When a lead qualifies, one click converts it into an Account, Contact, and Deal, all three rows linked back to the source lead for attribution.
- Web-to-Lead public form with anti-spam token
- Lead source tracking + per-source conversion rates
- Convert → Account + Contact + Deal in one transaction
- Reject reasons captured for funnel analysis
Drag a card. Watch the forecast move.
Qualification → Needs Analysis → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won / Lost. Each deal carries amount, probability, expected close date, owner. The pipeline view tots up amount × probability per stage so you see the forecast as cards move.
- Kanban + list views, both server-paginated
- Per-stage forecast = sum(amount × probability)
- Closed-Lost requires a reason; it feeds the loss-reason report
- Account + Contact picker on the deal form
Every touch, on the record.
Calls, meetings, emails, and tasks all log against the deal, contact, or account they're for. The activity feed shows the most recent interactions on each record. When a deal goes quiet, you see it.
- Call, meeting, email, task: one log per activity
- Linked to a deal, contact, or account
- Per-record activity timeline + per-user activity report
- Open-tasks queue per user
Support inside the CRM.
Customer issues become Cases, assigned to an owner, prioritised, resolved. The Solutions module is your internal knowledge base; case owners can attach a solution to close out the case, building reusable answers over time.
- Cases with owner, priority, status, due date
- Solutions knowledge base with attach-to-case workflow
- Per-account case history
- SLA tracking with overdue alerts
CRM Account = Accounting Customer.
In most CRMs, "Account" and the billing system's "Customer" are two different rows with the same name, manually kept in sync. NovaCept ties them with a satellite link — every CRM Account points at exactly one Customer (the canonical "company we know about"). Edits to name/email/phone/website propagate automatically to your books. CRM Contacts satellite CustomerContactPersons the same way. No duplicate menus to learn.
- CrmAccount.customerId auto-populated on create + lazy backfill on legacy rows
- CrmContact → CustomerContactPerson auto-link (lookup by email, then name)
- Edits propagate: rename a CRM account, customer record updates too
- Hidden duplicate sidebar menus (Accounts, Contacts) — use the accounting menus
Stage flips. Invoice posts. Automatic.
When a deal transitions into `closed_won`, the accounting subscriber catches the event and raises an Invoice keyed `DEAL-{dealId}` (idempotent — bouncing the stage out-and-back is a no-op). Customer resolves via the satellite link, line is the deal amount, status `sent`. Your salesperson never opens the accounting module; your accountant never re-types a deal.
- Closed_won fires CRM_DEAL_WON event → handler raises Invoice DEAL-{id}
- Customer resolved via CrmAccount.customerId — no manual mapping
- Quota tracking: sales-rep targets vs achieved live (from accounting invoices)
- Campaign ROI: campaign cost vs deals won from that source
The handoff that usually breaks. Built in.
