Mobile app

A phone is a clock-in device.

Staff clock in / out from the mobile app with a selfie + GPS lock. Verifies they're physically at the assigned site. No hardware needed for distributed teams, sales reps, or site supervisors who rotate between locations.

Shifts & overtime

Rules, not spreadsheets.

Define shift patterns per role: start, end, break duration, grace period for lateness. Overtime rules: 1.25x weekday, 1.5x rest day, 1.5x holiday (UAE Labour Law defaults pre-seeded). The system computes overtime hours from raw clock data without anyone touching Excel.
